For the past week its been really cold, When I start my car ( only when its cold) it makes a grinding noise and it can be felt in the clutch pedal. WTF I can not think of what it could be. Also When cruising in my car with no load on the motor is bucks, it feels like fuel cut, but when boosting it feels fine, I've tried increasing the fuel and decreasing the fuel. But problem still exists. Does it sound like a boost leak. If so why not at full throttle?????????

sounds like a throw out bearing to me but as far as the shitty running well how does it idle is it rough, sparadic ? might be fouled out plugs wel maybe just one or 2

It does sound like a clutch engagement/disengagement problem.

Throw out bearing is one possible cause.
Bent diaphragm springs on the pressure plate will cause a bucking due to the clutch not engaging evenly. (It possible to take a look at the pressure plate diaphragm if you take off the 2 bolts holding on the slave cylinder and I believe there is a rubber boot to remove. You should be able to at least see the fingers but If they are bend minutely you wont be able to tell.)
Also check your clutch pedal to see if its adjusted properly and also check the linkage.
Check hydraulic fluid to slave cylinder make sure there are no leaks or air in the line.

See if one of those works

I know my clutch is skrewed, and I also think I warped the flywheel.
As far as it bucking while cruising, I know its something to do with the engine. I cannot figure it out. Would the rubber oring on the injectors possible be leaking pressure???

Does it just grind once right at start up and then it is done? If so it is possible that you are hearing the very common problem of the starter not disengaging the flywheel fast enough. It happens to alot 2Gs in the cold weather.

the bucking can be from your bad clutch, my rx7 did that before i change the clutch, it would buck at low rpm, as the the noise in the morning try changing you tranny fluid my dsm did that when it got cold put new tranny fluid in it has stoped.

No the bucking is definitely from the engine missing or something of the sort, my wideband goes nuts when it bucks like its loading with fuel, or not getting enough.
