Clutch!!!!!

A friend and I where racing today, he has a 2002 GTP and I ahve a 1998 GSX, we raced before and i won. But i have tighten my clutch since then, and i had him way off the launch , but he got me after that....twice!!!!:thumbdown after the second race i had a little smoke under the hood....and it smelt like my clutch was burning....i know what it smells like because before i tighten it i grinded all the time.

Is there something wrong with my take off....or does my clutch suck???

If i have to get a new clutch....what brand and model should i get....for everday driving and often race????

You're on the stock clutch I'm assuming. Time to upgrade. I'd say get an ACT2600 or the AMS Feramic setup.

thanks.....i am not sure it's stock....cuz the owner before me replaced it once....but most likely.....anyone else have any sugestions???
