I have been driving around with a real bad passenger front wheel bearing, ive had serious vibrations at idle and worse at highway speeds, unless turning right. Yesterday, after parking my car after getting off the highway, there was a clunking/thunking when I went under 15 kmh, but not with the brakes on. Today I had the bearing replaced and there is no more wheel play but there is still alot of vibratons and the clunking is still there, what kind of damage could I have done by driving with a wobbly bearing?

It sounds like bent rims, or drive train related.

Are the wheels balanced? Bent?

Are the bushings shot?

If you have vibration issues at idle, then check your motor mounts, timing belt, cross member bolts.

I am going to change the wheels when I get home in a couple hours, my front passenger mirror is shaking like crazy so im confident its coming from the passenger side

The wheel is on the hub, so outboard of the bearing. The brakes are on the knuckle. If you were crazy enough to drive around on a wheel bearing that was that close to gone, you could have damaged your rotor.

does the noise occur when you are turning? if so cv shaft possibly needs replacing.

Im gonna add a +1 to checking ball joints and motor mounts, also check your upper strut mounts for looseness. What kind of noise/vibrations do you get when you press the gas and let off?
