clicking noise when turning wheel?

i get a clicking noise when i turn my wheel sometimes when im driving...any idea what it could be?

Do you have an after market downpipe? If so it could be tapping on the transfer case, thats how it is on my car when i turno sometimes with my 3 inch Downpipe, took me a while to figure out what it was. Look and see how close the downpipe is to the transfer case that could be the problem.

i agree with 97 Raptor, every fwd car i've ever owned sooner or later needed new half shafts. first check your boots if there cracked chances are dirt has gottten in there and destroyed the cv joint. you can fix just the joint but usually its cheaper and easier to just replace the half shafts

If it clicks when you turn then it could be either axles or mounting bearing on the strut. In my opinion it is axles. To check inspect the boots if they are damaged. If they are then you have to replace the axle. You can also check your tie rods, ball joints and wheel bearing while you at it. Lift the car in the air and move the tire at 3 and 9 o'clock for tie rods, 12 and 6 for ball joints and 11 and 5 fro wheel bearing. If you check all of those and everything looks fine then it could be bushings on the sway bar. Check if the bar for has scratches. Let us khow what you discover.
