GsGoin Fast...when you insatleed it did you do it yourself?...and did it bolt right up or did you have to weld or cutsom fab anything...alos was the car lifted in the air or did you install it on the ground...Just curious b/c i'm most likely gonna get this and woudl liek to install i t myself. I know how it's just a matter of how hard would it be to do it since i have no access to a welder.

no it took absolutely no welding or fabricating. it was all bolt on. you need to buy 4 bolts with 8mm thread, but im not sure on the length because the 70mm ones i bought were too long. you also have to buy 4 8mm nuts. yes my car was on a lift. i really dont like working under a car without a lift.

Why not? I work on my car all the time when it's on a lift.....like if its on jackstands or something

Ok, so I forked out the money for this exhaust last week. Its supposed to be here tomorrow. I cant wait. Now i just have to go get her smogged and registered. Then its off to the shop for a much needed tune up. Then Ill put this bad boy on.. i sooo cant wait to hear it! Still pleased with the exhaust GSGoinfast? (BLEH! Triple post! wont let me delete the other ones...)

ahhh mr. SIUeclipse hows it going? you still living in carbondale? how far off of campus are you? Ill be down there in august, attending the SIU auto program(i just got the official letter of acceptance into the program yesterday). i would love to check out your car. im soo anxious to get down there. ill hit you up when i get down there.

EDIT: oh yeah, wont be able to install it until friday. tomarrow is a late start so no time in the auto shop to get it done, and thursday my auto class is going to the auto show all day.
