Check engine light goes away when i get low on gas

So i have been getting my check engine light here lately, i have tried everything to resolve the issue . but the reason i post is , the light goes away when im almost out of fuel and i feel up stays off for a while CEL come back, then goes away when i get low on fuel. anyone else have this problem

turbo is now off due to this issue, ive been having a misfire issue but i have taken all the misfire steps to no avail. ie, plugs , diff plug gaps, new wires , check for leaks, finally i get the best response just changing to a higher octane fuel which helps but does cure

Why is the CEL on in the first place?

sorry i cant get more technical , ### i dont know, but when i did the key dance, it came back mis fire cyclinder two / thats the only one i get. starting to think it may be computer related

well thanks VelocitàPaola for trying to help. Was really trying to gauge interest who may experience the same problem. Car is currently being diagnosed,i will post the outcome for reference material

I have a similar Cell ight, but it comes back as a "small emissions leak". It seems to be related to the fuel tank too though.
