Alright guys. 1997 gst. Battery light and parking brake light on. The coolant light is not on. Sometimes there on and sometimes there not. On steady or stay off, somtimes they flicker, never get to full brightness only half brightness. Alternator is new, battery is new and all cables are new. Voltage test under load with lights on showed 14.56 volts. Any ideas?
