changing transmission fluid

Can anyone tell me how to or where i can find directions on how to change my manual transmission fluid? this is a 1990 awd talon

Fairly simple to do this. Thier is a drain plug on the bottom of the tranny. Adn a plug on the side facing the front of the car to fill it. u should buy a funnel with a hose on the end of it to fill it or if u already have it no need to buy it. It takes 2.8 qts of fluid. u can go with 75w90 tranny fluid or go to slow boy racing and buy the syncrosfit fluid for about the same price and that is the better stuff to use. Just make sure when u fill it ## on level ground or u level the car if u have it on jackstands.

Or you can buy the Pennzoil Synchromesh MTF. It made a major improvement over what was previously in my Tranny. No more Grinding.

DEFINATELY DO THIS!!! Shifting is dramatically better.

I have always had very good results with BG Syncroshift even though my tranny gets quite a workout on race day, never had a problem...(knock on wood). It's available at the Mitsubishi dealer and elsewhere I'm sure.
