change turbo outlet direction

I was wondering, is there a way to change the outlet direction on a t3/t4 turbo, the one I'm buying for some strange reason points upwards. How can I make it point downwards without putting the exhaust on the other side.

U needed to clock ## turbo aka rotate the compressor housing. Losing the bolt and turn.

that simple? the bolts on the back of the housing correct?
