Ok, my alternator died out the other day. No CEL lights on the dash. Had it tested, it tested bad and I bought a new one. Had the new one tested before installation and it tested good. Installed the new one and now my windows wont work and I have lights on the dash for BRAKE, coolant and battery. Anyone ever have this issue?

Sounds. Like some thing was left disconnected or the neg battery terminal wasn't pulled. Start there and report back.

Try checking the fuse box. When the old alternator went out it could have surged and took some fuses with it. Also check the fuse box under the hood.
