I drove my car yesterday and the blinkers worked just fine. turned my car off for a while the gt back in and they diddnt anymore nor did the caution lights. Checked the fuse box and had a blown fuse, so i replaced it with another 15 and it blew. Tried a 20, blew, went all the way to 30 and they kept blowing. Havent made any electrical changes since they were working. I just cant figure it out...

:ohdamn:
never put a higher amperage fuse OR a penny in a ckt thats blowing fuses unless you want to catch your car on fire?

get a digital multimeter (ohm meter) plug the (+) lead into the location of the fuse and the (-) lead on battery ground and put it on the AMPS setting. turn your blinkers/hazards on and see how many AMPS it reads. if its over 15A then thats why your 15A fuse keeps blowing, my guess is that its over 30A since you blew that as well. :nono: anyway. to find the problem shut off your hazards and remove every blinker bulb (headlights and tailights) then click on your hazards button again, see how many AMPS your DMM reads now. odds are one of your bulbs is shorted and blowing fuses. just replace one bulb at a time checking your DMM to find the culprit...
if your absolutely confused i can do a quick "how to" with pictures for you when i get home just let me know.

Ill try it when i get home from school, and yes i knew putting larger fuses was a bad idea i was just testing it. But ill try and remove them one by one and see. Sounds fairly simple. Thanks for braking it down.

got home. pulled a few out and turned them on, they worked so i plugged in one more and it worked then the last blew them. Replaced it and they work fine now. thansk man
