Well I think he had every right to get upset, I admit I made a few comments to him, but they were more like 'suggestions' and I would never post pictures of someone else's DSMtuner ride on a thread that was made specifically for posting pictures of 'Distasteful Cars'. Some people don't have any boundaries I guess.

well the idea is to snap random shots of cars you see while out cruising I believe it was parked somewhere so I doubt they knew it was his BUT it looked very familiar

2001 Customized Saturn

Very ugly, and its owned by a guy who thinks its the coolest thing ever.

Notice the fancy drum brakes on the Lancer; I don't think there's an IC behind that front bumper. Too bad the car's black, the insane rear difuser doesn't show well in my pics

In regards to it though, I'd have to say there is no way the owner of that car honestly thinks it looks good... I think it was made as a joke.

this guy in my school drives this cobalt and he turboed it and put about 3gs into a turbo kit im guessing a 7gs in bodywork
0 in the motor its self
about a grand in the system
0 in suspension
14 for a couple cans of nightshade
and the best part is is that its an auto and only has 250hp and i guarantee you that he didnt pay for anything

you can buy a dsm and with the amount of money they have in that you can have plenty more horsepower considering the fact that the car was brand new i think
he could have bought an srt4, or an vwr32 that with basic mods will put out about 260 on awd

I'd buy the saturn for 3k. Hell, it's a 01 and 32mpg. Take off the 3 wings and sell them for another 200 each to wal mart lurkers and figure out what is on the hood . I think I found it more humourus that the owner was looking like a cowboy sporting that saturn instead of a massive truck.

This car, I think just looks awesom and wanted to show it off.

ugh, truthfully i seen a truck exactly like that somewhere on the net, the stupid things people do, and they actually think that it looks good, and to be truthful it was on the s10 forums.

Haven't seen those on a s10 before. I think the lights would look better without the center piece and if he put the lights on vertical like the old caddys. I don't like how he filled the rear and angled it down. Should have lipped it up for a functional spoiler to keep the rear down.
