Last nite went to my friends house parked the car for about 15 minutes. Everyhting was ok when I parked. Later on went back to the car and tried to start the car and it had problems trying to start. Almost like it wasn't breathing or no gas was going through.

Anyways I got it started we went to put gas and at the gas station it died. I let it sit for about 45 minute(in between kept on trying to start it). then tried to start it once again it worked let nothing ever happen.

That was last nite, just got home same shit again. It almost sounds like the car isn't getting the suffenition amount of fuel or some shit like that. no smoke is coming out, it doesn't smell like something is burning.

Couple of my friends thing it could be the fuel filter or something. I had a scheulde oil change for tuesday and transmission fluid change also.
any ideas?

***********Check Engine light is on........ Gauges all look normal, all pressure on everything looks good. Keep in mind it runs normal after being left alone for a while.

That could be the case, why don't you change it? its not exactly the hardest thing in the world to do.... do it yourself or with some friends...

If you need to know what it involves, here it goes...

Taking out the battery (it will be to the right, down and attached to the chasis),
using 2 wrenches to seperate the line and the filter,
remove banjou bolt... (go buy some PB blaster, soak it for a couple of hours for a couple of applications... YOU DO NOT WANT TO STRIP THIS BOLT.... AND IT IS A BIATCH TO GET OFF... it was on my friend's and mine)
Unbolt the filter,
change 2 washers, replace filter, Bolt back into place
and place the lines back to where you found them.... easy and will take you 1 - 2 hours since you have never done it before... not including soaking the banjou bolt... and soaking i mean spray and leave then go back later and do the same...

Any questions please feel free to PM me or any other savy people....
