car wont start NEED HELP

i got a problem i was rebuilding my head ON MY 95 HYUNDAI ELANTRA with a 4g63t and put everything back on.... i turn the key and the car wont even turnover... on top of that before tuRning the key i accidently put the battery terminals backwards on the battery and they touched for about 3 seconds...the lights work,windows work,battery is good,no clicking from the starter...wont turn

check to make sure you have a good ground for your starter.

You probably popped a fuse as well, check that out.

i fixed the problem....battery fuse blew...thanks
