Hoping someone can help me troubleshoot my no start issue. I'm stumped

I just finished replacing my throw out bearing. Got everything back together and now the car won't start. It cranks and cranks. I'm also getting good fuel pressure at the rail and can hear my pump. My pigtail wiring for my coolant temp sensor was coming apart so I ordered a replacement and threw in the new one today expecting that to fix my problem and it didn't.

My coil pack is new and my resistor is new and were working fine before pulling the tranny. All spark plug wires are good, coil pack is plugged in. MAF is plugged in, CAS is plugged in, TPS is plugged in. Basically I can't find any sensors that are not plugged in.

I checked ECM link and I'm not pulling any DTC's.

What else could be my issue or what else should I do to troubleshoot?

When my TOB went out about a month ago I unfortunately had E85 in the tank but I didn't think having it sit for a month would be too big of a deal.

are you getting power to the sensors? as said above check the engine fuse. I don't think these have an mpi fuse like my 3000gt does or not. but no power to the sensors is a blown fuse or bad mpi relay. one controls the pump the other sends power to the sensors. just something to check

I agree. As long as all you did was drop the trans and replace the TOB then it will be something simple like a blown fuse or disconnected / broken wire. I guess another option would be if your clutch is not adjusted to the new TOB (old one would have had to be really bad!) then you could possibly not be making contact with the clutch switch but I think this would keep it from turning over at all. I'd go back over your wires again and check the fuses.

Also, just to confirm, the engine is turning over, not just the starter, right?

Thank you for all of your replies.

Yeah, my 20AMP Engine fuse looks fine. I know the clutch switch is working fine too. The car is turning over but just wont fire. It won't turn over unless I press in the clutch.

I feel like this has to be so basic but I can't figure it out. Would your coolant temp sensor cause this issue? My sensor is new but I'm wondering if I could have wired the pigtail wrong.... I'm 99.9% sure I didn't but who knows. I have to have something unplugged.
