Car wont star when warmed up!

Okay so my car starts up fine every single morning. but sometimes when i turn it off and i start it back up 15-20 minutes later it wont start! it will crank and crank and crank. any ideas?

I would start by checking to see if you have fuel and spark when the vehicke is acting up and then go from there with further testing

Could be a faulty coolant sensor, I believe if one goes bad it can cause you car to not start when warm. read this, I searched for it with google.

A faulty ect sensor should show an incorrect reading on the gauge though, don't mean to challenge your theory or anything but I've seen faulty sensors and I don't think it effected the startup, I could be wrong though

A bad cooling temperature sensor will definitely stop your engine from start.

Test your Cooling Sensor, It will never start if its off.

I had the same exact problem with you on my old rs.
When i checked the CKP sensor half came off and the other half stayed in the block.
I’m guessing when it got warm/hot i would just lose connection or something.

check spark and fuel like stated about, my dsm did the same thing i replaced plugs,wires, fuel pump,and coolant temp sensor,turned out to be my ecu.....
