Car wont pass 2000rpm

I put my 14b in and drove around for a bit. When I tried to floor it, it hits 2200rpm, and drops back down to 2000rpm and hangs there while my boost gauge keeps climbing.

The car will not pass 2000rpm no matter what. I can barely hear the turbo spooling and the bov.

Any help?

is the bov blowing off whenever you rev? you probably blew off an intercooler pipe cupler
that would be my guess

No the BOV barely blows off at when the boost is really high.

I redid my intercooler piping and i didnt find any leaks.

At this point i'm pretty desperate. Anything is better than nothing, so if anyone is willing to help, that'd be great.

If its the factory Boost gage then maybe the ECU?(shot in dark)

thats what it was with mine..it was like hittin a wall at 2500rpm and i had to shift, www.vfaq.com has the items you would need to buy to make a leak tester. try that out and see if you can hear where you have the leak
if its not a leak then i dont know what it is

Check your plugs and wires. It could be that.

But it does sound like a leak.
