We just replace the clutch/pressure plate with a exedy oem replacement.. Along with a OEM pivot, clutch fork, and throw out bearing..

We put it all together, and the my peddle still feels weak, But i can't bleed it anymore, There is no air bubbles coming from it.. it won't come all the way back, but the slave pushes it's rod into the fork and moves it..

The Car won't go into gear at idle, but if i start the car in 1st gear, it wants to move FAST, and won't go out of gear with clutch pressed down or not, so i have to turn car off..

Any ideas?

Have you tried adjusting the clutch at all?

When I removed the fluid accumulator from Anthony's TSi earlier this year, it completely fuct the adjustment. Had to start back at square one, and I didn't even change any of the components.

There is a rod that goes from the clutch master to the clutch pedal. The rod is adjustable. Try tightening it up.

If the pedal isnt coming back up plain an simple it still needs bleed try adjusting the clutch as said above if its adjusted to far out it can lock it out an stop you from making any progress .... even sometimes if the slave still moves
