Car sways shakes while high speed wheel to the left

I'm just trying to diagnose a problem with my daily driver. The car is a 95 GSX, everything is stock.

While driving on the freeway, about 80mph, if anytime the wheel is going towards the left, the car feels unstable. It feels like a swaying motion. Quick left to right sways, not so extreme where it feels like its going to lose control, but noticible. The steering wheel at this point is not shaking violently or anything. It's like driving normal except it does that, and also there are no noises when this is happening. It is scary however, because I think my rotors need to be replaced because when I apply any brake pressure at these speeds then the warped rotors of brake feel pulsates, steering wheel shakes violently etc. The 2 does not mix well.

This does not happen going straight or with the wheel anywhere pointing right.

It sounds like worn tie rod ends. You can jack the car up and try to wiggle the wheel to see if there is any play in them.

yeah, sounds like tie rods, my car has some front suspension/steering issues now also, not to be smart or anything but did you cover the basics like air pressure in your tires, ball joints, alignment etc.? if you did those things along with the brake check, i don't know what else to reccomend.
