Car surges while driving at 3000-4000 rpm!

Alright I just got and other gst everything was fine until I got around 3000-4000 rpm in surges and the car shakes a lot. I'm thinking it could me a loose vacuum line I checked my throttle body only has 2 lines coming out instead of three idk if thats bad or making it do that or it's the ecu. Or could it be my turbo going out? What do you guys think?

How would you do a boost leak test?

Go to a hardware store buy a endcap for a 1 1/2" pipe and a cupler with hose clamps and a valve stem for a car or a chuck for an air compressor put the valve stem or chuck witch ever you use into the end of the cap drill hole to get it to fit . Then take your intake off and hook up your cap and coupler to the turbo and use a air compressor to charge the system set the compressor to about 15 psi or what ever you desire to test it at and listen for leaks. Fix any leaks found . Hope this was helpful. Just look around and see if you can see a hose that could be leaking. Check all you intercooler piping and make sure none of it has cracks or slices.
