Resolved Car struggles to start, but then runs fine.

It has to turn over eight or nine times before it starts. But once it start it runs smooth and strong.
This is what I have done:
- Compression tested again (161 psi - 183 psi).
- Tested battery with car not running (13.1 volts)
- Tested battery with car running (13.6 volts)
- Checked all wires and connections
- Checked plugs and plug wires (shocked the shit out of myself )

Could this be a bad fuel pump? How about injectors? Maybe I need a new coil pack?

That sounds like a fuel pressure issue to me. Check for leaks and Check the condition of the fuel pump.

Hooked the new battery up and it fires on the first turnover.
