Car starts and Idles fine for a minute...

ok so last week my car stopped working. out of no where my car just wouldn't stay on anymore. after a boost leak and checking my vacuum lines, I came to the conclussion that I simply needed a MAF.

How I figured was because with my MAF hooked up my car would only stay on for a minute, and then just die...

However, if I unhooked my MAF and turned on my car, it would actually stay on and never turn off.

So I ordered a MAF from mitsubishi graveyard, which just came in today, and I slapped it on. I thought for sure I was good to go. and NOPE! the car does the same exact thing it would do with my old MAF. Starts and idles fine for a minute, then just dies.

Could it be that the MAF I got in is also faulty? or is something else my problem, and if so what can it be?

ok and now this is it when I have the MAF unplugged, the vid runs longer that the rest just because it won't turn off when the MAF is unplugged...

now in this vid the car had already been idleing for a few minutes with the MAF unplugged, then watch what happens when I plug it in!

my galant did something similar but it was longer than a minute, turned out to be the ecu was bad. When the car got a bit warmed up it would just shut off.
 
Even down to unplugging and plugging in the maf it did this to a T but it wasnt a minute it was in about 5 minutes about when it got warmed up.

Im sure there are a dozen other things that could cause this.

Just out of curiousity, was your check engine light on while you were trying to solve yours? mine wasn't on when I ordered my MAF. It actually just turned on today! but I don't have any friends that have a code reader, and I ordered one earlier this weak, but it won't be in until monday maybe even tuesday.

when you pulled your ECU, what did you see that told you there was something wrong? what should I look for when I pull my ECU?

ok so I just replaced my cts thinking that was going to be it for sure!!!

after replacing it, no improvments what so ever, same exact shit!
So I guess I let the emotions get the best of me and I took it on a rage drive, and I mean I drove the shit out of it! so much for breaking in my new clutch, Im sure I just ruined it :coy:

just frustrating as hell owning a car for 3 years, dumping so much money into it, and still not being able to drive it 100 miles sense I've owned it! So I've decided to sell it as soon as I get it running. my DSM days are over :banghead:

anyway heres a list of what I replaced sense THIS new problem accured...
MAP sensor
Idle sensor
MAF sensor
radiator
and now the coolant temperatur sensor!
Im sure its not the crank sensor becuase it does turn on and idle fine.... until its starts dieing down and start fighting for life like you guys can see in the vids.
