car stalls cold and smokes

ok So i been having a few idle issues recently with my 97 gst, got those fixed, i think. But anyways, When i car starts up cold it will tend to stall or come close to stalling after i boost (usually at low as a few psi i boost). The car will sometimes smoke out of the exhaust which smells like burning oil (really rich). Are these signs of a bad O2? I dont have access to a compressor to do a boost leak test yet. Any idea's? Please help!

Are you letting the car reach operating temp 1st? Or do these problems reach after fully warming up?

sometimes i dont have time to allow the car to warm up... but it does do it a tiny bit here and there when the car is at operating temp. But I try not to drive the car "hard" untill she's warmed up

Edit: I forgot to add that it feels like it lost some power in accelerating.
