When I push in the clutch to come to a stop after having the car at 5000 rpms the rpms will drop and the car will stall. It is not a problem with the blowoff valve or a lightweight flywheel considering I just got the car and it has no aftermarket parts under the hood.

Help

Haha yeah the fact that I do not have a BOV would be another reason that its not the problem. When the rpms drop and it starts to stall, the check engine light will be the first to come on, the oil light and the battery light will then turn on once the car is no longer running. None of the three will be on if it is not about to stall. I can avoid the stall by never shifting into neutral, or when I am in neutral keeping my foot on the gas. If I can avoid the rpms dropping I can avoid the stall. Its still a problem that needs fixing.

i bet your battery is just too big for you car and it hits your hood when you drive the car fast because the engine rises and by that is shorts out your car and you eventually stall, buy a smaller battery and good idea for tie downs too
