OK well im going home from my garage. Car was running great then more i drove the dimmer the lights got, until it shut off. IT was acting like the alternator was dead and not charing the batter. THe battery is new. I took the alternator to advance to have it checked read 15 votls so its still good. THe belt teeth are really chewed up bad. So do you think it would be spiining free.I also checked the 100 amp fuse and its good. So here's my daily problem what do you guys think?

Test battery - sometimes even new ones can be bad. Make sure battery is bolted down and an insulator is over the positive so it won't short out against hood or strut brace. Remove. clean, and retighten all the large cables from battery and alternator (so alt one with battery disconnected). Make sure battery negative goes to both frame and under starter mounting bolt.

sent you a novel, i mean pm.

With the car running disconnect the negative post on the battery and see if it dies. If it dies than your alternator is faulty.
Although this will tell you if the alt. is working be warned that this can create a voltage spike that can damage the ECU (http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/pro...-battery-alternator-question.html#post1763645).

Concerning the belt see: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/problem-diagnosis/262278-mysterious-squeal-belts.html

Also make sure the water pump pulley isn't on backwards which produces an offset and wears belts (http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/pro...n-out-water-pump-pulley-go.html#post151166499).
