So my 91 talon awd sometimes (not all the time) tends to jerk when you move the selector from park to drive, or park to reverse. I read the vfaq about using silicone in the carrier bearings. Thinking that was the issue I did it and it lessened the frequency of it but it happens still. It sounds like it's coming from the rear of the car. I also checked one day while the car was off the ground and the drive shaft did not have any play I'm it. Also while driving it's fine, even between shifts. No noise no jerking. And if I slowly move the shifter from park to drive it does not do it at all.
