Car Jerks

I been having this problem over a year now. My car jerks back and forth when changing gears

park to reverse
drive to reverse (I feel it more)
reverse to drive

But when changing to any other gears it doesn't jerk. I changed the transmission mount it didn't help. The Fluid looks good, any idea what might be going on?

Have you pulled any codes off the TCU yet ?
Is your car idling high ?

Car idles fine and no error codes from the tcu.

Pull codes. Sounds like the TCU is going out.
