Car is running really rough

Basically my car was running really rough a couple weeks ago when I still had my 14b in and it wouldn't make boost over about 8 or so and when the rpms were over about 5000 or so the boost would always drop to 0 and the car would have virtually no power. So I tried to boost test it and didn't really find anything out, but after the boost test for whatever reason, I don't know why, my car started to run right again. The turbo boosted normally and held boost till redline.

So I installed my big 16g and it was running really strong for about a week. But the other day I was getting on it and it boosted to about 15 or so then around 4000 rpm I heard a pretty loud pop and my car jerked so I stopped accelerating and it seemed to run kind of rough. Now it pops almost anytime I hit full boost, which is only set at 15 right now and the car just feels like it's at a loss for power. Does anyone know what the problem might be? My oil pressure says it's fine, the engine temp is fine, everything seems alright and I can't find any boost leaks.

Boost check it again, but this time keep pumping until it pops. Its probably your BOV

I would not pump it up till it pops.

The BOV will not make a "POP" unless its sticking shut and the spring is shot, make sure you manually open the BOV once or twice b4 you do the pressure test to make sure it's moving normal.

Pump it up to about 18psi if it does not "POP" at 18 psi monitor how fast the psi drops and go from there.
