I just picked this chick up, and was driving home going up a slight incline with a stop light. As i was going through the intersection it died. I tried turning it back on but would not turn on. It cranked fine, but wouldnt stay running. I got it towed home and I checked spark plug 1/2 for spark, but sparked. I can smell fuel in the exhaust so I know its getting fuel. It smells pretty rich also. If I unplug the maf, it will turn on, but I have to pump the gas to keep it from dieing. If I floor it, it dies, if I left off, it dies.
There was a recent tech article put up about the codes, and I tried it. I have a digital read out multi-meter though, and I dont know if I am reading it right. When I hook it up, the voltage is .03-.03-14.00. The .03's are longer then the 14.00. So I am assuming its code 21 which is my coolant temp sensor. There is fluid in the overflow, and today I checked the radiator and it had fluid in it also. Is there something with the closed-loop/open-loop crap going on?
