Just had my head rebuilt about a month ago and just now getting in here for some advice after alot of research. I went with bc 272s manley springs and retainers and a 3 angle valve job. Well put everything back on and received my keydiver chip from dsmchips for my new setup. Well for some resaon in 1st gear when i do a pull it will break up. Even all the way through 3rd gear. Sometimes if i do a 2nd gear pull it wont do it, but it seems the more im on the car the more it does it. Very confusing. Everyone is saying boost leak but i am almost 100% sure no boost leak being as i just took my time and put everything on the intake side together very precisely. Someone also mentioned closer the gap on my plugs? ATM i'm running bpr7es at .028. I'm running at bout 18-19psi on 550cc injectors and i'm trying to run 24psi if i can get it from cutting out. Jeff from dsmchips had opened up my injectors so that i would have no problem running that amount of boost with the 550s that i have.. I'm also running a BFP of 48psi, instead of 43.5. My mods are in my profile. Any help would be greatly appreciated
