I was wondering if any of you have any experiece with the KYB AGX adujastable shocks, and the sportline spring set. Because on my 93 talon, It bounce like crazy! It mostly jumps on the rear than the front. Now I checked the stiffness level, and it is set on 8(front and rear). I went, and took the rear wheel off to find out that the rear springs are weak. I can compress them with my hands. But it looks to me that the preview owner cut them a little aswell. And they are a little bit loose (side to side). The car seems to be slam to the ground aswell, witch is uckin up my alignment!!

My car is a '93 and I have the exact same problem. The shocks that came with it are a little old and wore out and my car rides ROUGH! I mean, horrid. So bad that if a speed bump in an area i'm trying to go to is too bad, I just won't go there and go park down the street are something. Mine were set at 8 too, I'm pretty sure. I haven't done anything to them yet as Im tryin' to get the motor in and car running first. But yea, it's tearing up my rear tires too. THey're balding in the insides. I was just gonna get a new set of springs.

The struts are set way too stiff. All you have to do is to adjust them down until they ride the way you want them too. I set mine at 1 on the street and 4 on the dragstrip and I love the way the car rides and handles. Even with mine set at 4 my car still bounces in the rear.

I could be wrong but it sounds likes those with problems neglected to cut the bumpstops as eibach recommends in their spring installation instructions. And to top it off, the kyb strut uses the same length and stoke as the factory strut/shock(kyb). Thus, the struts could be bottoming out in bumps. To elimiate this, you would either have to use a koni strut/shock or go with a prokit or some other equivilent lowering spring to raise it up some.
