car bogging at low rpm

when I start my car up it idles fine, but when I try to go I step on the gas and the car bucks and backfires, I cant even get to 1500 rpm, then if im pushing on the gas as its bucking and backfiring it will just die, I tried just pushing the gas all the way to the floor and it wont even do anything at all.

Did this just happen out of no where or have you done any work to the car that might have caused it?

it just started randomly

First thing to do would be to inspect the plugs, then check and make sure the maf is plugged in and that the intake pipe to turbo inlet coupler and all ic pipe coupler are still intact.
