Need help. Well my car got sent to raf. (California). The car is now bone stock. I'm having problems with the afr. It's at 13:0-13:9 some times 14. What could be wrong. ..

Do you have DSMLINK? If you do, you can log to see if you are in closed loop at Idle. If you are stuck in open loop, then the computer won't target a 14.7:1 afr. There are a number of reasons why it would be stuck in open loop including a bad O2 sensor. If you don't have DSMLINK, you could scan for cel codes to see if something isn't functioning properly.

Okay I've been working in the car... and I didn't see that the o2 was not cycling let it should. So after some playing around with the fuel pressure regular. I got the o2 to cycle. . I had to turn up the pressure. . I'm starting to think that the fuel pressure regular is bad....

Tossing on a new AFPR is never bad idea, plenty of vendors have pretty reasonably priced kits.
