can't run past 20km/hr

So I just replaced my exhaust manifold. Didn't replace gasket at the turbo side. I have a broken return hose at the turbo side. Bolts are broken. So my car leaks oil pretty bad. But would this cause my car to suddenly idle rough and not be able to go past 20km/hr. It never did that before I replaced my manifold. I don't have a leak at the manifold to head side cause there is no ticking noise or air leaking out from there. I'm thinking it's cause I don't have oil pressure cause of the bad leak I have. Or could it be my coupler at the 2g maf(after the maf). The the slit on the coupler isn't bad. Just shows a little threads but didnt seem to go through the other side of the rubber. Help please

It is kind of hard to interperet everything you are trying to say. You say it has no oil pressure and a very bad leak? I would recommend not running the car at all until the leak is fix, let alone trying to drive it. Running an engine with no oil pressure is just asking for trouble. I would attempt to fix the oil leak and lack of pressure before anything else.

^^^^^ +1 - i concur why would you even start the thing let alone drive knowing you have any form of oil leak, replace that return line (20 bucks) and replace all necessary gaskets!
