Cant get past certain rpm

So i posted about this problem like a week ago and thought i would be able to figure out the problem but still havent. My car has trouble getting past like 2000 rpm and it kinda stumbles like a studder box but once i get past that it revs normel. When driving its hard to start off bc the rpms dont want to go any where and it feels like it wants to die when you press down the gas. But what i have to do is kinda launch to get it going. I have tried to replace tps and set it but nothing i changed my isc too nothing and i know its something with a sensor bc i can rip on it fine at like 3000 rpms and up. My next step is just to get a debuilt throttle body with all new sensors im all out of ideas anyones help would be great. I also have another forum about this called throttle trouble and it describes it more in there. Once again thanks for any help.

Boost leak test, make sure your maf is plugged in. Otherwise, i'd say comp test and check your ecu. But if you can rip on it past 3k with no issues. . . i'm tapped.

Yeah thats whats so weird about it but ill try to get a test here done prob tomorrow and if thats not the problem then im really out of ideas

When I was planning on buying a 91gsx from my work I was beeing stupid and pressure washed the engine and got the CAS wet. Did exactly what you described, but never went past 2000rpm untill it dried.

Well i worked on it today on it and i guess my tps was wrong so i redid that but then i started it again and a loud noise was coming from the throttle body so im guessin my seals are bad so im gonna have it rebuilt this weeken and i hope that wll fix it.
