can't get back seat off

I'm trying to get to the driver side rear quarter panel to see why my rear side window only half works. I have gotten to where I've taken bottom of back seat off as well as the two bottom bolts on backrest in rear. Can't seem to find a way to take off the top part of rear seat backrest in my spyder

I couldn't find the top clips or bolts to take off. I'm sure they're there, just need a lil help locating. And I did see the posting, but none of the replies were from spyder owners. Either way, thanks for your help.

you have to pull the little clip/handle like thing. its about 1.5" long. if you go from the middle of the drivers seat back to the back seat they will be right under the back seat where your legs would go. just pull this clip and lift up the seat.

Told ya, no just playing. I had a bit of a time getting mine out as well. It's just one of those thing that once you do it, you're like man wtf!
