Can't find the ECU 2G

so I cant seem to find the ECU? I have a 1995 eclipse GS and all the posts or write ups that I have found say it is right behind the CD player but behind my CD player there's two plugs that are glued in place that don't seem to connect to anything, and they are sitting on a metal plate that has 4 screw holes but nothing is there? I don't know if I'm just stupid or what

Pretty sure its under the hood driver side in front of the strut tower for the gs/rs model

Yes, thank you, I forgot PCM and ECU are basically the same thing so when I was searching I was finding stuff about the other models since I don't have an ECU, just a pain that I took my center console apart for nothing
