cant find a blue flywheel anywhere

Hello everyone, I was wondering about omething. I have been earching here and on performance webites and cant find a blue flywheel anywhere. When I pulled my motor I had a ACT clutch and a BLUE flywheel attached to the motor. Thank you everyone for your time and best regards.

I have never seen one. Is it aftermarket? Is it lightened, or stock heaviness? I cannot find one by searching at all. Maybe it was painted or powder coated? (I dont know why.. haha)
