hi there i am looking for a 3" exhaust for my 92 talon and i cant find one for less than 450 dollars i am a little tight on the budget so i was wondering if the 2g exhaust will fit my 1g and if yes what modification do i have to do << i will appreciate your help... thanks

well on a 1g, the exhaust exits from under the car on the pass side...2g, the driver side...

Ohh snap my bad I got that mixed up in my head for some reason. I must have thought since they put the weaker engine in the 2g, that they came with the 3 bolt as well.

Thank you for correcting me sir...

Ha. What do you mean weaker. If weaker you mean more hp and more torque, then yes. :thumb:

Weaker??? How do you figure??

By weaker of course I mean 6 bolt VS 7 bolt, in stock form. I know the 7 bolt comes with higher compressing and more boost. I've heard stories about people running insane amounts of boost on a 7 bolt and not blowing up.. But you can't argue that the 6 bolt crank is a better choice. Right? Which is why so many people end up doing a 6 bolt swap into a 7 bolt car..

I guess. But they are by no means weaker. The word of choice was better built. But, the engineers didnt know that the thrust bearing would cause so many problems. Therefore, why would they change from a 4 bolt in 92.5-94 back to a 3 bolt in 95? Riddle me that, and i will give you a cookie.
