Can you tell if a car is a M/T by the vin number

I have found a 93 Eagle Talon Tsi AWD about 3 hours from my house. I have tried making contact with the people but its; been hard. The car is a repo so the people know very little about it, 4E3CG64F9PE073108 this is the VIN can anyone tell if it is M/T or anything else about it. Thanks.

Call your local Mitsubishi Dealer and give them the vin number. They will tell you everything they know about the car .

Seeing how its sunday, are their any sites online that will do this. Would an insurabce company have this info if I was to call mine and ask?

I tried there and it tells me everything but that. I was wondering if any of the wisemen had any manuals or something like that to decipher the number
