First off, you need to be logging load, so I'd recommend logging again while logging load.

But no, I wouldn't classify your knocksum as "dangerous." A knocksum of 2-3 (especially at partial throttle like you're seeing) is nothing. You only hit a knocksum of 5 one time for a split second, and even 5 isn't that bad.

Looking at your fuel trims, it looks like your injectors might be scaled wrong, so I'd start there. What injectors are you running and what are your injector latency values?

Once you are logging load, you can also pull a few degrees of timing from your problematic areas (probably in the 60-100 load columns around 2k - 3.5k RPM) and that should take care of the knock you're seeing.
