ECMlink Can not set idle! Funky readings.

Hey everyone. Just saved up money and bought myself v3 full. I am getting some odd readings at idle, and can not dial my idle in correctly. Currently, my vehicle sits at 11:1 AFR according to my WB02. Also, I keep throwing a CEL code for the evap purge solenoid, yet I have tested the solenoid and it work fine. Before I set up V3 I did two extra mods:

-Evo 560cc injectors
-Evo 8 Fuel Pump(Rewired)

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I might as well run a Boost Leak Test while I'm ahead.

your airflowperrev is wayy high, you should wauch the ecmlink tuning videos on their website, they helped me out alot

Ok sounds good. I've been tinkering around but no such luck. I'm curious why I am stuck in open loop mode as well? A constant .88-.9 volts on the front 02.
