Can I use this upper ic pipe?

It says on the dejon tool website that I would have to relocate the cruise control cause it would be in the way of the ic pipe, Has anybody got around this without having to move the throttle cables and still be able to use this pipe. thx

That UICP is for a blow thru Mass Air Flow Sensor, like a GM MAS....
If you are not running a blow thru set-up, then I think you can not run this....

i plan on using it for blow thu set-up, Im just wondering if the throttle cables can remain where they are, as the site suggects removing the cruise and re-mounting the throtle cables to the firewall
