Can I use a twin disc flywheel with a single disc clutch?

I thought I read that you can't do it somewhere, but I figured that I would just ask.

I am replacing my PTT Twin Disc setup with an XTD Stage 4 setup due to funds and the flywheel for the PTT is just fine. Can I use the PTT Flywheel instead of the XTD one?

No, the flywheel doesn't have mounting points for the pressure plate that sit above the friction area.
