Can I use a non turbo head on turbo engine?

I found a rebuilt head for a good price, it has the cams and all. Just wondering if you can use a non turbo head on a turbo 4g63? I know I will have to use the cams from my head but other than that am I good to go?

umm id doubt it depending on what yaer of motor its comin off of but the 95+ NT's used 420a motors that are weak as hell for boost conditions and they are very different than the motor you have now. Id advise greatly against it

He drives a 1990 so I would assume he is looking for a 1g head. i THINK if it is a 2.0 it will fit, I have heard there is no difference in the heads except for maybe the cams, maybe someone more informed can tell you for sure

yup im pretty sure the heads are identical
