Hi there, actually my car is already stroked with 4g64 crank+Wiseco 8.8:1 .020 inch bore+Eagle connecting rod+4g63 block.

I think my liter is something like 2.32 liter.
I'm looking to make custom stroker kit by using my 4g64 crank with the eagle connecting rod I have, I'm thinking of using 4g64 block but I don't want only to rise .1 liter more.

I'm looking for 2.5 or 2.6 liter if possible, have you heared of anyone boring the 4g64 block to rise the liter more than 2.4 liter.

I'm ready to get custom wiseco pistons 8.8:1 compression+custom comtic gaskit because I know maximum comtic is doing something like 86.5mm which is the stock bore of 4g64.

What is the highest bore can I go with 4g64 without getting iron sleeves and without blewing my block?

By the way my highest HP with 4g63 stroked is 547 wheel hp, I just replaced my car to fp3x cams and looking to get more power like 15 to 30 hp as FP said compaired to my old 272, I don't want to go to AEM because I feel DSM LINK is perfect for my setup and there isn't good tuners in Bahrain, I tuned my car by my self and with AEM and my English is weak I'll blew my engine:)

So please help me out how to rise my liter with being in the safe side, I'm looking to get 700 wheel hp with using nitrous, I'll try that in a while

My best 1/4 miles are 10.2,10.6,10.7 with about 137.5 MPH trap speed, my best 60 ft is 1.6 and my car is FWD 2g Eclipse

Thanks

You won't be able to get much more displacement out of a 4g64 than 2.4 liters reliably. I think there is a lot more power left in your setup with some more tuning. The AEM EMS isn't that complicated, and there are tuners here in the U.S, that will come to you and tune your car for you. http://torquefreaks.com/tuning.php

Actually I can't afford the money for getting someone from US to tune it, then I won't be able to tune it back once I change something because I'll have to learn with AEM EMS, the only thing that AEM seems to be better than DSM LINK is not using MAS, I already made something like 547 wheel hp with DSM LINK I think this is the limit of fp3065 so I don't think AEM will give me that much.

I'm looking to bore the 4g64 with something safe and would reach something like 2.5 liter, It doesn't worth to switch to 2.4 and I'm already 2.32, I know I can bore my 4g63 to 86.5mm but wiseco doesn't support that for stroker only for the 2 liter engines, this would give me 2.37 liter with 4g63 block, I made the calculation depend on 101mm stroke.

Someone gotta help me over here
I would start a new project
It won't cost me much only custom wiseco pistons+custom comtic gaskit with over bore+4g64 6 bolt blot can be found here.

What cars come with 4g64 4 bolts block, it's na car right?

I know the Mitsubishi pickup old model does come with this block and the Sonata I think

Can someone help me with some info?
Thanks

Well it would help by telling us where your located their maybe a shop near you to help ya out? If your in Canada Magnusmotorsports is there and I recommend them ask for marco or Shaun.

2nd the FP3065 has more power in it then that especially with a 2.3 bottom end. Have you tried posting up some of your logs and what MAS are you using? Honestly not to pull look what he does "card" but Shep is still on 2.0 and making 900+, so theirs more power to be obtained in a 2.3 most def. something is just being missed.

I agree-gree. I'm sure you are looking for the most power out of your motor, but I dont think boring a 2.4L block is the way to go. My 4G64 is pissed off enough without boring.
The FP3065 has the potential to produce over 600whp...especially on a FWD. I think "tuning" is the answer for you. And since you have the AEM, an experienced tuner will be able to hone the performance of your car. Tell us your mods, maybe there is another answer as well! :thumb:

I'm sure there isn't anything missing if I post my mods it would be very long post.

I'm sure everything I made in DSM LINK was correct I tired giving the highest timing lets says 12 degree over stock from rpm 2000 till 8000, I was fine with VP c16 with about 26 psi but once I rised the boost to about 32-33 psi I was getting knocking so I decreased the timing from 5000 rpm to 8000 rpm to 5 degree over stock this would make about 21 degree at high rpm with a/f ratio of 12.5:1 best a/f ratio for drag I tried 12:1 and I lost power I tried 13:1 and I lost power and no knocking at all, the most knocking I got was .7 degre I think this is normal with high boost.

I'm using GM MAFT 3.5 inch, I have every single mod on DSM, I don't want to change my turbo kit, I just replaced my engine with new cams which are fp3x insted of 272 because I was loosing power after 7500 I thought because of leak but I made alot of times leak test and didn't get any.

I'm sure once I remove the MAS and replace it with map sensor my HP will rise alot, but I don't want AEM I'm happy because I tune my car by my self and I'm happy with DSM LINK, I made power more than expacted to my self.

Could you please guys name someone who made more than 550 wheel hp without nitrous with fp3065 I never saw anyone till now?

This might help me alot talking to him to share infos.

Here are my parts

One more thing crower makes a 102mm steel crank for dsm's. Add that to a very large bore 4g64 and your past 2400cc's. I think the crank is like 2 grand or so. Personally i would spend my money on a more powerfull turbo if you want more power. A 4g64 is big enough. And big turbos work very well in fwd's. Lag is a fwd's freind.

I would pull more timing and increase the boost and see where that gets you. Most high hp cars run between 10-15 degrees of timing.
