Can a bad Oxygen Sensor cause these codes.

Malfunctioning of a FPR and a idle valve, as well as a wastage acuator?

I just bought a 95 GST auto 2 days ago and checks the codes just a few minutes ago...then deleted them.

After the research I seen more than one thread about an O2 sensor causing these codes to pop up causing a CEL.

I could maybe understand the FPR and Idle Codes. But not sure about the Wastegate one.

UPDATE: ok I deleted the codes after a few minutes of driving only two came back...

The Idle control valve and the waste gate acuator...

My idle at cold starts surges for air it goes up an down then when it gets warm enough the car idles fine, the wastegate acuator I've had before with my 95 GST in 2010 with a 16G untuned I deleted/replaced the Stock BC with a Bloc MBC and it never came back?

My car doesn't pass smog due to what I was told a clogged or rotten Catalytic converter can any of these codes relate to that?
