cams for rs49t

I have intake, rs49t, fmic, short route piping, hks bov, 3" tbe catless, evo3 manifold and 02 housing, 750cc injectors, 255 walbro, ecu+, fpr, act2600, you get the idea. what cams would be best for a track/street car? I was looking at 272/272s but maybe for my setup 264/272s would be better?

Anything full stage (2) all way. I know its silly saying stages, but if you think about 264's, 272's, or FP1's, FP'2's, or Comp 101100's, or Comp 101200's, its basically stage 1 and 2.

A full stage 2 IMO would be best for your setup.

I run Comp 101200's on my Turbonectics 50trim and love it. Full boost comes on at 4k, and pulls very hard all the way to redline and above.

With you being FWD I would deff. get 272/272 HKS cams. Other brand cams are not consistent with their grinds and it is proven that HKS performs the best over and over again. You'll be happy with them and their evilly awesome idle.

I disagree. My Comp perform flawlessly as well, and also idle like a champ, and pull like all hell, with no degreeing. Alot of people don't realize I have cams. Comp, as well as FP are also very consistent with theire grinds, I don't know where you got that info.

With HKS your paying an extra $200 for the name, when another company will perform the same way for quite a bit less.

I agree with project tsi. With your setup the fp2x's would work well. Alot cheaper then HKS and usually very accurate.
