Cam sensor and oil pump

just bought a 95 eclipse gst....it needs a cam sensor and an oil pump. I need some tips on the installation of both because i have never messed with dsm's much.

I just got the cam sensor off so thats no big deal. I know the oil pump is external so is it belt driven or is it ran by some electrical sensor? I got under there and looked but it didn't have a belt on it that i could see.

your oil pump is built into the front case cover the bottom gear closet to the firewall is your oild pump it runs off of you timing belt this link is a picture the spline on the right is theoil pump minus the Gear

dont do it if you dont know what youre doing. especially an oil pump.
