Cam Degree Kits

This isn't a SBC. You don't degree the cams without adjustable cam gears and even then you have to be making 400+ to see any minimal gains. Run the cams straight up or run your valves into your pistons, either or works.

sorry i should have mentioned i do have adjustable cam gears, and i looking for one i seen on a web site picture, has 3 dial indicator, and my goal is to get more than 400whp at some point in build

With your setup degreeing them will do nothing. You don't use a wheel on our cars anyways. The gears should have markings. I would adjust anything til your on a dyno.

Degree'ing any aftermarket cam is always good.

Also, how would you degree any engine without a wheel?

Summit, Comp, and Web both make a pretty decent kit. You will need to get two solid lifters (either buy them off someone or tack weld two hyd. lifters at full height) to degree the cams properly.
